Indonesian Representative Office Opened in Jakarta

Taking giant strides toward becoming a world-class university, Üsküdar University continues to expand its academic network. Founding Rector Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan's historic four-day visit to Indonesia culminated in a strategic move: the Üsküdar University Indonesia Representative Office commenced operations in Jakarta, the capital city. The representative office is headed by İbrahim Albayrak, CEO of Edutolia Education, an experienced education entrepreneur in the region.
Üsküdar's mark in Jakarta!
Üsküdar University has officially opened its Indonesian representative office as part of its global growth strategy. The office, which began operations under the leadership of Edutolia Education CEO İbrahim Albayrak, will be one of the most important centers for bringing Türkiye's scientific expertise to the Far East. The opening ceremony, attended by Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan, has elevated academic cooperation between the two countries to a new level.

A new era in education diplomacy.
This step, which is part of Üsküdar University's vision to export its "Well-being" and "Positive Psychology" focused education model in behavioral sciences, health, and engineering to the world, marks a new era in educational diplomacy between Turkey and Indonesia.
The representative office opened in Jakarta will serve as a bridge in a wide range of areas, from student exchange programs and joint research projects to academic consultancy and the promotion of Turkish higher education in the region.

The representation was entrusted to Ibrahim Albayrak.
Üsküdar University's official representative and face in Indonesia is İbrahim Albayrak, CEO and Founder of Edutolia Education, known for his successful work in the education sector.
Commenting on the opening of the representative office and the cooperation process, Albayrak stated that representing a leading institution in science like Üsküdar University in Indonesia is a great responsibility and a source of pride. Albayrak emphasized that they aim to elevate the scientific ties between the two brotherly countries to the highest level.

During his visit to Jakarta, Üsküdar University Founding Rector Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan also visited the representative office and emphasized the importance of this newly opened door. Tarhan stated: "Indonesia is not only a friendly country for us, but also a strategic partner with great academic potential. Through our representative office, we will bring Üsküdar University's expertise, ranging from behavioral sciences to engineering, to Indonesian youth. Under the leadership of Mr. İbrahim Albayrak, this office will be the cornerstone of the scientific and cultural bridge between our two regions."

It will be the academic hub of the Far East.
Üsküdar University's Indonesia Representative Office will not only be a point of contact but will also serve as a coordination center for MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) processes conducted with universities in the region (such as Paramadina University).
The office will not only guide students wishing to come to Türkiye from Indonesia, but will also carry out critical tasks such as the cultural dissemination of Üsküdar University's six books translated into the regional language, and the organization of scientific conferences.
